Green
No flashing pedestrian signal
No traffic in front
...And the thing that gets me most of all, the fact that they didn’t have a hope of actually stopping behind the line the way they were going. Even if it was red and they continued to brake they’d be a third of the way into the intersection before they stopped.

“Oh... wait, is this where I need to turn?”

Stopping for a green, looks like someone in the frozen Arctic hellscape is from Seattle.

I was behind a van that did was slowing down to stop at a green light, I was 5 hours into a 7 hour drive so naturally I laid on the horn. Since it was a two lane road, I passed them immediately at the next opportunity.

No indications of turning either... had that been their intent they would almost definitely have killed someone based on the total lack of a giveaway.

Would have been my response too. Incompetence has been demonstrated, at all costs I want to be in front of you.

The legality of the pass might be in question, it was safe, but maybe not legal.
